STANDARD SERVICE PACKAGE

  • Inspection for wear and tear
  • Check and adjust Fork, Wheels, Hubs, Bottom Bracket, Headset and Stem
  • Checking and Tightening all screws and bolts
  • Bearings check (chargeable if bearings need to be replaced)
  • Check and adjust brakes
  • Gear and Drivetrain tuning and adjustment
  • Lubrication of Gear System
  • Lubrication of Brake System
  • Fixing Puncture (If any) and inflating the tires to accurate pressure
  • Wipe clean the bicycle
  • Test ride by service engineer
  • *Any spares consumed will be additional

ADVANCED SERVICE PACKAGE

  • Inspection for entire bicycle
  • Check and adjust Fork, Wheels, Hubs, Bottom Bracket, Headset and Stem
  • Checking and Tightening all screws and bolts
  • Bearings check (chargeable if bearings need to be replaced)
  • Brakes checked, adjusted and cleaned
  • Gear and Drivetrain tuning and adjustment
  • Greasing of all the components
  • Degrease the drivetrain
  • Lubrication of Gear System
  • Lubrication of Brake System
  • Fixing Puncture (If any) and inflating the tires to accurate pressure
  • Wheel truing if required (Wheel Bend/ Broken Wheel repair not covered under the package)
  • Complete cleaning of Bicycle

Fix My Cycle experts carry all the tools to service every kind of bicycle including: Road, MTB, Hybrid and Kids Bicycles etc .

Service time is based on the Package you choose, but most services will take approximately 60-90 minutes.

Yes, we do provide bicycle assembly as a service too. You select it in form under the services category option.

Yes, ALL Bicycles will be tested by our certified expert mechanics,We also encourage customers to test ride theirown bicycles to make sure they’re 100% happy before we leave.

Yes, we do have that service for few repairs which consumes more time.

We don't require a big space for service, probably your car park, balcony or your lobby should be fine. We request the customers to provide a space where there no animal intervention and kids too, for avoiding any accidents.

You can pay by cash or Paytm.

Sure. Write to us before 12 hrs of your appointment schedule to support@fixmycycle.in

Yes. You can book service on any day. But, you cannot book the service for the same day. The service slots will be available only after 24hours from the time of the booking.

Yes. You can update the details to support@fixmycycle.in, before 6 PM on theday prior to the date of the service.

Kindly write to us at support@fixmycycle.in. You need to cancel the booking 12 hours before the time of your scheduled appointment.

We have an option on our booking page (additional bicycle) you can use that for the 2nd bicycle. If you have more than 2, kindly write to us in support@fixmycycle.in

It won’t be possible because we work as per booking slots, where the technician will be having another appointment followed by yours which he has to adhere in time like yours.
